Visitor Registration

Sponsor the Visitor Registration and your company logo is seen by everyone who pre registers and then is also not only at the registration area at the show entrance but also on every visitor badge.  This ensures that your company name is the first and last thing visitors see at Publishing Expo.   A fantastic branding opportunity! 


Lanyards

Sponsorship of the badge lanyards is an ideal way of promoting your brand to all visitors.
 

You Are Here Boards

An exclusive opportunity for one exhibitor to have their logo, stand number and strap line featured on the directional boards. The sponsor will also have their stand and listing highlighted.
 

Event Carrier Bags

One of the top onsite branding opportunities. The bags are available to every visitor at the show entrances on arrival. The event bags are useful for collecting literature and free to take away at the end of the day.  
 

Inserts in Carrier Bags

A great opportunity to place some promotional material in front of all the visitors. There are a limited number of inserts allowed.
 

Seminar Theatres

Exclusive opportunity to sponsor each seminar theatre, which are located on the show floor. 
 

Seminar Theatre - reception at the end of the day

Each day there will be an opportunity for an exhibiting company to host a drinks reception in each theatre for a specific audience eg production, editorial.  This reception will be offered first to the sponsoring company of each theatre for an additional fee (plus the cost of drinks)
 

Website

The majority of visitors use the website to register, plan their visit, look for news, products, see the latest feature areas and arrange appointments with exhibitors.  Then through out the year they refer back to it to look for new information. Banners or pages on the website will enhance your visitor exposure.
 

Email Opportunities

Exhibitors can sponsor the pre show ‘driver' e-mails sent to our extensive database or target pre-registered visitors. This opportunity can include up to 50 words, company logo and a link to your website listing.
 

Visitor Direct Mail

The Publishing Expo marketing campaign includes over 25,000 direct mail pieces and inserts.  Why not piggyback part of this campaign?
 

Ticket Sponsor

Over 200,000 Publishing Expo tickets are produced and sent out to potential visitors by either direct mail or in magazine inserts. You can't afford to miss this opportunity to get your company's logo in front of such a vast audience.

Our stand has been really busy at Publishing Expo, which is great! It’s our 3rd year in attending in a row and it’s brilliant because people are investing more in publishing services as they start to get their budgets back and we have obtained some really positive leads.

The seminars were excellent. I wanted to see every session, with speakers from all over the publishing industry, from multi-national publishers to bespoke publishing companies.
